Marius Precu currently oversees the strategic direction and operations of Amrop in Romania and serves as Senior Consultant for the Life Sciences, Automotive & Industrial practices. In 2010, Amrop partnered with The Searchers, an executive search company co-founded by Marius and ranked among the top players on the executive search and talent advisory area in Romania. Whilst at The Searchers, Marius specialised in the recruitment of senior executives to board level positions in the Health Care, Industrial, and Automotive sectors. Prior to co-founding The Searchers, Marius was Country Manager with SpenglerFox, an international executive search company. Marius was responsible for first establishing the company, and ran the day-to-day operations in Romania & Bulgaria. He has also held various sales management positions in the Health Care industry working for global leading generics companies such as Sandoz, building effective work environments and developing his leadership skills. With talent and passion, Marius’ goal is to identify the unique needs of clients and candidates, building strong relationships based on trust and results, working together to surpass individual and organizational goals. Marius holds a Bachelor Degree in Dentistry from the Carol Davila University. His hobbies include travelling, photography and sports, especially kite surfing and skiing.
