A seventeen year veteran in the retained executive search business with 5years at Heidrick & Struggles as a partner and 12 years with The Prout Group - my own firm.
Prior to search, spent 22 years in commercial banking. Was EVP& Division Mgr at Bank of America and President & COO of Bank One, Cleveland. Later was appointed Vice Chair at Bank One, Cleveland before moving to executive search.
