Thierry Raickman

biography

After he completed a Master of Political Sciences, Université Libre de Bruxelles, a Master of European Studies, Institute of European Studies, Brussels and an Executive Master in Management, Solvay Business School, Brussels, Thierry began his career at a leading US accountancy firm, then moving into banking specialising in international trade finance. He then joined Neumann International based in Brussels and then in Paris. He led complex executive search assignments in France and Europe. In his position of Group Service Line Leader for HR consulting activities, he supervised management reviews and leadership assessment assignments for companies facing major strategic changes or involved in cross-border M&A operations, especially in Central and Eastern Europe.
