Ms. Natasha Ralston

biography

A senior HR professional with extensive experience in the international development and INGO sectors. Specialties: HR strategy, international HRM, executive search and selection, talent management, organisational development, employee relations, HR policy and global mobility.

Is currently the Asia Pacific Representative for Oxford HR leading delivery of services in the APAC region, including executive search, HR advisory and organisational development. Was previously group level HR Manager with management consultancy, Coffey International and has extensive experience with NGOs, government, multilateral organisations, consultancies and social enterprise.

Has qualifications in employment relations and international relations, is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a member of the University of South Australia Centre for HRM Advisory Group. Having lived and worked in Australia, the UK, the US, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia, has a breadth of networks and contacts and currently shares her time between Australia and Indonesia.
