Kathy Rapp

Managing Director, Houston Kathy Rapp has more than 15 years of progressive human resources leadership experience working for such companies as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the Redstone Companies, Morgan Stanley and First Data Corporation. Kathy also possesses a unique blend of start–up experiences within the technology, entertainment and healthcare industries and she has worked internationally within financial services. Kathy is accomplished in talent acquisition and retention, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, talent management, mergers and acquisitions and compensation. Prior to joining HR Search Firm, Kathy was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for RediClinic, LLC. While there, she built the human resources function and support team that helped lead the company's rapid growth from being a pioneer in the convenient healthcare clinic space to a leader in the industry. Kathy is a native Houstonian and serves on the Board of Directors, executive committee and chairs the human resources committee for Sheltering Arms Senior Services. She is a member of HR Houston, Society for Human Resource Management and The Professional Group and is actively involved in supporting and evolving the human resources profession. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
