Pat Reda, President and CEO of P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc. has over 20 years of combined experience in the corporate human resources and recruiting sector. For 12 years she was in the corporate arena as a Nurse Recruiter for a 570 bed teaching hospital and Human Resource Manager and then Director of Recruiting in the restaurant and hospitality industries. She began P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc. in 1992.
