Responsisble for building the Titus Permanent Placement Practice - Titus Direct. Transforming the recruiting function to act as a proactive recruiting organization that is aligned with the firm’s respective businesses allowing us to build market intelligence, attract top-notch talent, and successfully place business leaders within the firm and with our clients.
