Barton R. Ribakow is the President and founder of Arthur Diamond Associates, which is now celebrating 30 years of excellence in executive recruiting. Mr. Ribakow formed Arthur Diamond Associates in 1971 after graduating from the Ohio State University. Since that time, he has developed Arthur Diamond Associates into a full-service recruitment and consulting firm specializing in real estate, corporations, banking, financial institutions and non-profit organizations.
