Leonardo is Vice President & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in Rio de Janeiro, attending the states of Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, as well as the North and Northeastern regions of Brazil. He is dedicated to the practices of Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Communication, Entertainment, Life Sciences, Retail, Education, Technology and Telecommunication . Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, he also leads consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world, focused in top management positions. He started his career in Executive Search in 1999, when Fesa opened its Rio de Janeiro Regional Office and also worked in the development of the Minas Gerais and Mid-West markets. Since then he led projects for several business segments, recruiting for top management positions such as: general management, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, controlling, legal, engineering, production, quality, R&D, regulatory, etc. Leonardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a MBA in Strategic Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). He also attended the Advanced Program in Executive Search Consulting by Cornell University . He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
