Jim earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Robert Morris College in 1986. He has consistently been a top producer since beginning his executive recruiting career in 1993. Prior to co-founding Quest Consulting, Jim spent seven years as a Senior Executive Recruiter for a Pittsburgh-based search firm serving the construction and real estate industries.
Jim has carved out a superior reputation for himself as a leader and an effective performer, particularly in locating and attracting exceptional professionals for the nation's leading developer/builders and construction management firms. He has successfully completed complex searches for several major New York City hospitals and publishing companies seeking executives at the Senior Vice President level with compensation packages in excess of $500,000.
