Alejandro Rivera

biography

Alejandro Rivera brings a wide array of experience in Mexico's manufacturing (maquiladora) industry to QualiFind. Prior to joining QualiFind, Alejandro was the Director of the Tijuana Economic Development Corporation (DEITAC), where he traveled throughout Asia, Europe, U.S., Canada and Mexico to solicit and successfully secure foreign direct investment in Tijuana's business and industrial sectors. Alejandro has consulted with and counseled companies in the medical device, automotive, aerospace and electronics industries on the benefits of establishing start-up operations in Mexico.



Prior to his work with DEITAC, he had a successful career in sales and business development with suppliers to the manufacturing industry. He has had exposure to all of the major industries in Mexico and their associated processes which has provided him with a base of understanding of the different industries and foreign investors and their associated organizational culture. Alejandro has experience with European, U.S., Canadian and Asian businesses which greatly enhances his effectiveness at matching candidates to client needs.



Alejandro is an exceptional manufacturing executive recruiter and an asset to the Mexico staffing indistry. He is bilingual in both English and Spanish and holds a Bachelors degree in International Business from CETYS University in Tijuana. Alejandro works from QualiFind's offices in Tijuana, Mexico.
