biography

Scott is one of the company's Founders and is a Managing Partner in the firm. His executive search experience since the company’s founding in 1988 is combined with ten years of career counseling, job-search training and human resources management. Before Kensington International, Scott was Director of Human Resources and Administration for seven divisions of the Bally Manufacturing Corporation. Previously, he worked for Federal Signal Corporation as Personnel and Industrial Relations Manager. Scott holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Illinois Benedictine College, an MBA from George Williams College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Illinois State University.
