biography
Ms. Rosenberg is Co-Managing Director of Howe-Lewis International, an executive search firm dedicated to the healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit communities. She directs the firm's Not-for-Profit specialty practice and is an active member of the firm's Health Services team. Prior to joining Howe-Lewis in 1992, she spent five years with Korn/Ferry International, most recently as a Principal specializing in the not-for-profit community. She has conducted searches for local and national health, education, human services, advocacy, cultural and community-based organizations.
Her earlier experience includes significant roles in not-for-profit management with the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, where she managed five regional offices nationwide; the Metropolitan Opera, as manager of a national direct mail and telemarketing outreach program; and Case Western Reserve University, as a grant proposal writer and project administrator. While there, she directed a National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Institute on Gerontology, a joint program with the CWRU School of Nursing and the Department of History.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Rosenberg attended the American University of Paris and received both a B.A. and an M.A. in French from Case Western Reserve University.
She is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations, including the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants, the Centennial Circle of the American Red Cross in Greater New York, and New York Women in Development.
