Alyson Rothberg

Alyson Rothberg is an independent search consultant who is actively engaged in recruiting and consulting projects on behalf of Riverbend Group. She specializes in Healthcare and Human Resources. Alyson began her career in the medical field, training in both clinical and emergency medicine over a span of eight years. She served several volunteer years as both an emergency medical technician and firefighter, which earned her a commendation award. For the past 15 years, she has been representing a Fortune 500 insurance company, first in sales, then as a recruiter/trainer. She has earned the company’s prestigious F.A.M.E. award for managers, based on recruiting, and many “quota buster” and Key Club awards in sales. Many of Alyson’s recruits have excelled in the industry and been promoted over the years. Alyson is an active member of The Greater Mount Airy (Maryland) Chamber of Commerce, including serving on the Ambassadors Committee. She is also active in the local Rotary Club and other charitable organizations, including serving as a past member of the medical team for MD Special Olympics and as a MD delegate to the International Special Olympics.
