Sharon Rowlson specializes in Hospitality and Real Estate recruitment, as well as, Domestic placements for private individuals (private estates). Prior to moving to Florida, Sharon ran the Hospitality Division for the Roth Young Executive Search Seattle office. She now operates 5-Star Hospitality Executive Recruiters.

Sharon is a Hotel and Restaurant graduate from Washington State University with over 10 years experience working for top Hospitality companies in various senior management positions.

Sharon specializes in recruiting Mid and Senior level positions for Resorts, Restaurants, Country Clubs, Hotels, Retirement Facilities, Real Estate Development, and Private Estates.

Hospitality clients include a wide range of single unit, regional and national chain operations in all segments of the industry. Real Estate clients include Resort Master Planned Communities, Golf Course Communities, New Home Developments and Mixed-Use Developments. Private Estate clients include Celebrities and high-profile Families from around the world.

She is a member of several Industry Associations including the National Restaurant Association (NRA), the National Chef Association (ACF), the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE), the National Hotel & Motel Association, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Human Resources Association.
