Susan Russo’s background as a Human Resources Generalist for a nationwide insurance company enabled her to establish a successful career in the staffing industry which began in 1992. After nine years with one staffing service, Susan opened a “direct hire” recruitment firm with a new and innovative business approach. With her ability to see things from her clients’ perspective, she was able to develop a business model that is focused on cost effectively meeting her clients’ long-term employment goals. Susan’s recruiting philosophy and unique processes have attracted a team of the most talented and successful recruiters in the local business community.
