Gisele is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Consumer Goods practices, such as Cosmetics, Home & Personal Care and Luxury Goods. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. Gisele began her career in Executive Search in 2004 at Fesa in the research area as a generalist, where she developed her knowledge in different segments.Technology, IT and Consumer Goods. In 2005 she joined Russell Reynolds with focus on top management, supporting global clients among Consumer Goods, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, she acquired international experience by working for 1,5 years in the Chicago office supporting global clients in the Consumer Goods sector and also working with strategic assignments in the C-level suite. Previously she worked at Danone for 2 years in the Human Resources area with focus on Training & Development and Recruitment & Selection. Gisele holds a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), and a specialization in Negotiation Strategies from Kellogg School of Management. She is a native speaker in Portuguese and fluent in English and Spanish.
