biography

Rick started his search career in 1977 and joined the New Directions Search team in 1981. A well-rounded search professional, he has developed expertise in serving a wide variety of clients in many different disciplines. Rick has both a B.S. undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from Illinois State University. He always applies his strong professionalism, creativity, and considerable search experience in serving our client's needs. Rick is married with two children. He enjoys family activities, playing basketball and reading.
