biography

Mr. Schall has been in executive search for 18 years; 15 of those years as a sole proprietor. Mr. Schall majored in Business and Russian language at Duke University. He was a member of the Board of Trustees for The Blake School and was on the Board of Directors of Health System Minnesota and the Park Nicollet Institute for Research and Education. Prior to his career in search, Mr. Schall worked for Congressman Bill Frenzel as a legislative aide.
