Mr. Claus Schneider

biography

Claus Schneider is the founder of IHH International Head Hunters which was established in June 1999 in Munich.

As business administrator he began his professional career as Product Manager in the FMCG industries. Later, he became a management consultant to companies in the information technology sector, key to his appointment as Country Manager for Germany. After having served as Managing Director for more than 5 years with a distributor and VAR for multimedia conferencing products - responsible for marketing and sales - he decided to make a change and to bring his experience to the world of personnel consultancy.

In so doing he has been able to put many of his own ideas into practice.

As a consultant, Claus Schneider, concentrates in particular on the areas IT and Telecommunications, Media, Banking and Financial Service, Venture Capital and Health Care.

His special responsibility is the conclusion of master agreements for major undertakings in the retail and in financial services sectors.

He is committed to the national and international expansion of the IHH group and takes a special interest in the analysis of potential through selection processing centres ( AC ).
