Meredith Barnes Schwarz

The founder and principal of Barnes & Associates has over 20 years experience in the recruiting industry. She has managed for both large international and small exclusive search firms.

After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida she accepted her first recruiting assignment in Miami, Florida. She has worked both sides of the desk, including managing a recruiting team for a fortune 500 company. She founded Barnes and Associates in 1989; the firm concentrates on the “high tech” industry in the sales and marketing disciplines.

Meredith has a strong network and excellent reputation nationally. She attributes her success over the years to believing that both client and candidate are of equal importance and must always be treated in the utmost professional and ethical manner.
