biography
Lee Schweichler, President of Schweichler Associates, has been engaged in senior level executive search and selection since 1969. He focuses on recruitment at the President/CEO and Vice President levels for companies in computing – software, hardware, peripherals – networking, telecommunications, multimedia, ASIC’s, wireless communications, and information services.
Founded in 1977, Schweichler Associates is among the premier firms serving the Silicon Valley and the high technology community. In 1993, Lee participated in the founding of International Technology Partners (ITP Worldwide).
Lee Schweichler holds an M.B.A. in Organization Behavior and Industrial Relations from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Sterne School in San Francisco, a school for children with learning disabilities. He is recognized in Career Makers: North America’s Top Executive Recruiters. Lee is married, has three daughters, and resides in San Rafael, California.
