Doug initially joined New Directions Search in 1990. His educational credentials include a B.A. undergraduate degree from Wheaton College, as well as an M.S. graduate degree from Washington University. Doug embodies the characteristics of a search

professional. Using a structured, systematic approach, he is creative, tenacious and strives to find the best possible talent for our clients. His work reflects a strong commitment to excellence and integrity.

Outside of work, Doug has a variety of interests. Often you will find him watching the Chicago Bulls play at the United Center.
