Over 7 years of Management including Business Management as well as a diverse professional background of over 5 years of Staffing and Recruiting experience. This includes On-Site Program Management, Recruiting Management, Extensive Employee Development, building and maintaining strong Client Relationships and unconventional service. Managed very large accounts which have included over 350 employees in various positions. Also successfully completed a 200 man temporary project within one month for various positions as well.

I found my passion, helping people in need is exactly why I chose to pursue this career. Helping both companies and candidates find the perfect match. I don't feel like "I'm working" because I love what I do!
