Ryan has spent the past 7 years as a recruiter representing Financial Advisors and Broker Dealers. During that time, he has successfully implemented strategies and formulas for over 50 Advisors across the country. Ryan is the founder and president of Finetooth Consulting, a national consulting firm headquartered in southern California. Before founding Finetooth, Ryan was a member of the executive team for Associated Securities Corp., located in Los Angeles, CA. While at Associated, Ryan managed national recruiting for the firm. Prior to joining Associated, Ryan directed national recruiting for First Financial Planners, headquartered in Chesterfield, MO. During his tenure, Ryan has earned a reputation in the industry for his ethical approach to the business as well as his unique ability to provide win-win solutions for all parties.
