Mr. Albert J Siano

biography

Mr. Siano started his career in 1977 as an engineer within the information technology sector. Al began to aspire to and accept leadership responsibility, first in engineering and then professional services and marketing roles.

Al established successful professional services lines of business involving information technology as a leader in a few firms in the late 70's, 80's and early 90's. In 1991, Al established Business System Technologies Corporation with a focus on solution oriented information technology professional services. Al later led the firm into the permanent placement agency business by client specific requests where leadership relationships had been established based upon results our customers had experienced. The firm began a Sales and Marketing recruitment practice, serving an expanding group of clients. Mr. Siano has delivered success to the firm by assuring that we get know and fully understand our client's leaders and their recruitment needs exceptionally well.

Al leads the firm to only exert our recruitment talent and energy where communication and productive relationships can be established and maintained with a perspective client.
