With 15 years of experience in executive search, Rick has successfully served Fortune 100 clients in the transportation, industrial and consumer products industries, as well as the aerospace, electronics and metals sectors. He has placed executives in general management, manufacturing operations, sales and marketing, engineering, finance, and information technology positions. Rick has proven himself to be one of the top supply chain search professionals in the industry.

Prior to joining Slayton Search Partners, Rick was with Bethlehem Steel Corporation where he managed capital projects.
