Mr. Gil M Smith

Mr. Smith is a Senior Vice President/Managing Director of InSearch Worldwide, specializing primarily in rapid deployment large scale recruitment engagements. He has implemented on-site staffing initiatives for major financial services and prominent dot-com organizations. Mr. Smith has significant expertise in information technology, manufacturing and marketing with over twenty years of experience in managing diverse staffing requirements in the financial services, energy, healthcare, consumer products and technology sectors. He has demonstrated experience in developing targeted selection techniques and implementing high volume recruiting solutions.

Prior to joining InSearch Worldwide and returning to the executive search field, Mr. Smith spent twelve years on the client side, holding senior level positions within major growth organizations, most recently as Vice President of Staffing and Employee Relations for a major financial services firm. Mr. Smith holds BS in Business Administration from Monmouth University with a concentration in management and has been recognized for creating targeted selection and development tools in support of significant change initiatives.
