As Managing Partner of New Options Group, the Baltimore, MD member of the global executive recruiting firm, Cornerstone International. Paul is accountable for the firm's strategic direction and the operating results from its talent management consulting practice area to include executive recruiting, leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness and career transition.
Paul has over two decades of experience consulting and supporting talent management strategies to a wide base of industries such as financial services, high technology, healthcare, scientific and non-profit organizations. He works primarily with senior level assignments to include executive recruiting, on-boarding and executive coaching.
Paul initially honed his leadership skills while serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corp, including a tour of duty as a combat helicopter pilot. Upon completing his military commitment, he launched his business career by starting a series of entrepreneurial ventures and at the same time built a successful track record in executive sales positions with major corporations.
Over the next decade, he became increasingly involved in building successful leadership teams, which led him to his involvement in talent management and performance consulting. He eventually launched his own consulting firm and was instrumental in establishing the first national Talent Management consulting partnership of independent consulting firms. Through his guidance as Chairman of the Board, he grew the organization into a global partnership with over 200 offices.
Paul's diverse and broad based expertise in talent management now focuses on senior level recruiting assignments, as well as providing coaching to executive level leaders.
