Wina is a Senior HR Consultant at PT Potentia HR Consulting, with more than 13 years of professional experience in executive search and in various spectrums of HR activities including staffing and recruitment, IR, and performance evaluation. She has experience in middle manager to senior executive level recruitment for Banking and Financial Institutions, Mining, Consumer Goods, Marketing Research and Manufacturing industries, and Logistics.

Previously she has held the following positions:

Strategic Hire Manager at Bank Danamon Indonesia,
Recruitment Consultant at Tick Search,
German Technical Office - GTZ Indonesia ,
Bo Le Associates , Hong kong based executive search,
Overseas experiences in nonprofit organizations such as Consejo Superior Investigacion Scientifica, CSIC -Manila , Agencia Española de Cooperacion Internacional - AECI and Instituto Cervantes.

Wina graduated from the University of Ateneo de Manila with a Bachelor of Science in Management followed by an MBA from University Santo Tomas , Phillippines. Wina has a very culturally diverse background, having been born in Canberra, Australia, studied in Australia and the Phillipines, and has had professional experiences in various countries. She is fluent in Spanish, Tagalog, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
