George is Managing Partner of Boyden in Moscow.
George started his career in personnel search in 1995 as a founder and first consultant of Boyden in Russia. His portfolio clients have included well known multinational companies.
Since 1989 to 1995 George was employed by the Russian office of IKEA. He started his career at IKEA as logistics manager and upon receiving his MBA degree in Finance was promoted to the position of Finance and Administration Manager and later CFO.
George has experience in FMCG, Financial Services and Oil & Gas sectors.
George was born and educated in Kiev (the Ukraine) and now lives in Moscow .
