biography

Charles Splaine who founded Splaine & Associates in 1982, began his career in high-tech with IBM. After five years in the Philadelphia area, he was recruited to Memorex Corporation in Santa Clara, California, serving as a Corporate Vice President, and then as President of the Field Operations Group. Charles later served as President of an electronics firm in San Jose, California.

He is a native of Massachusetts. Charles attended the College of the Holy Cross, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. Charles served as an officer in the United States Navy. He and his wife, Irene, have five children and seven grandchildren.
