Lubor has been in the executive search and selection business since 1994. Though he is presently focusing on Manufacturing and Consumer Goods Industries, his expertise covers wide range of sectors and disciplines. He managed number of succesfull assignments at senior executive levels for multinational and local clients. He is challenged by start up projects and he really enjoys the most complicated and demanding searches requiring systematic and analytic approaches, passion for success as well as patience, loyalty, objectivity and discretion. A lawyer & diplomat by education, in addition to his native Czech, Lubor speaks English, Russian as well as some Greek and Spanish.
