Lynnsey Stevenson has more than 16 years of progressive human resources experience as a human resources generalist working in large organizations. The majority of her career has been with Frito–Lay Sales, Distribution and Manufacturing groups and Ceridian's Payroll and Work Life businesses. Within these groups, her focus was on merger and acquisition activities, change management, and overseeing the development, implementation and coordination of company policies and programs. As a human resources generalist within a corporate environment, Lynnsey has gained a broad knowledge and understanding of the HR function and she brings this perceptivity to her role at HR Search Firm. She has specialized expertise in staffing, employee relations, employee and management development and training, salary management, incentive and executive compensation, and organizational development. Prior to joining HR Search Firm Lynnsey was a human resources consultant working primarily with large and mid–sized companies. Lynnsey holds a bachelor's degree in international relations and Spanish from Lake Forest College and an MBA from the Gavin School of International Management. She recently completed the leadership development program at the Center for Creative Leadership. She is a regular volunteer at her children's schools.
