biography

France holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and possesses over twenty years of experience. She has worked as a Consultant and Human Resources Director in various growth organizations, and has directed mass recruitment campaigns. Since 2001, she acts as a consultant. Specialized in the creation and coordination of selection committees, she creates selection tools, acts as a facilitator, conducts psychometric evaluations for coaching, career management and selection process. France is a member of the Quebec Order of Psychologists and the Quebec Order of Human Resource Consultants.
