René brings to Conroy Ross Partners a unique combination of skills, experience and education. René was attracted to the firm’s commitment to their clients and candidates, their well known reputation for service and leadership, and their high level of integrity. Upon completing his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from the University of Alberta, René spent the next seven years gathering experience in client relations, project and account management, and business development within the oil and gas and pharmaceutical industries. He has a true passion for the executive search industry. The feeling of making a difference and the impact of assisting candidates and clients in finding the right fit are what truly resonates with René. In his spare time, René enjoys travelling, volunteering, spending time with family and friends - he is also a true sports enthusiast!
