Geraldo is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in Rio de Janeiro, attending the states of Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo, as well as the North and Northeastern regions of Brazil. He is dedicated to the practices of Industrial Manufacturing, and Wholesale and Financial Services (Commercial Banks, Investment Banks, Asset Management, Brokers, Insurance Companies, Finance Businesses and others). Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, he also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. Geraldo started his career in the Telecom Segment working at the logistics area for Equant (Orange Business Services today). He also worked at Citibank for six years as Business Manager focusing on segments such as Retail Banking, Small and Medium Business and Wealth Management. He began his career in Executive Search in 2007 at an International Recruitment Consultancy, where he managed projects for several industries. Later he was responsible for the star-up of the Financial Services Division in Rio de Janeiro. Geraldo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica – Rio (PUC). He is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
