Mr. Phil Thawley

biography

Mr. Thawley is a Senior Vice President Managing Director of InSearch Worldwide. He has over 25 years of experience in senior human resource management. One of his specialties is in staffing and selection systems from the client side. He has particular expertise in change management, retention strategies, competency modeling, innovative recruiting methodologies, executive selection and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining InSearch Worldwide, Mr. Thawley spent several years in management consulting and 20 years in senior level HR leadership roles with a major global consumer products company, two global financial services partnerships, a high-tech heavy manufacturing and robotics organization, as well as a global manufacturing and research conglomerate.

Mr. Thawley holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College and a BA in History and Philosophy from Muskingum College. He serves on the Advisory Boards of Miami University and Baldwin-Wallace College, and has led and spoken in many forums on the subject of recruitment, change management, leadership and Boardroom structure.
