Frances Tsai

biography

Frances’ experience in high technology, consumer services, and human resources endow her with an understanding and specialty for finding and placing the executives who clients need most. Frances joined PCI’s executive search team in 2000 and has since generated a strong performance record at recruiting senior management and technical personnel with discrete skills in marketing, sales, engineering, finance and accounting, human resources, logistics and “mission critical” business operations. After earning a BA degree in Economics from National Taiwan University and completing her MBA program in management information system from University of Houston, Texas, Ms. Tsai worked as a Systems Analyst for Gruman Software Company, for Continental Bank, and then for Hewlett-Packard. Working her way up at HP, Frances soon transitioned to management positions in human resources and then public relations. From Director of Human Resources at NCR Taiwan in the 1990s, Ms. Tsai then took a different tack when she chose to manage business operations for Worldbook Company, a local bookstore and publishing house, as Chief Operations Officer. Today, Frances facilitates searches for clients in the high-tech, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail sales, and financial services industries.
