James Tsai

biography

James Tsai has over 10-year of working experiences in multinational IT branding companies specializing in Information Technology Services as well as business processes. After graduated from National Cheng-Chi University with Bachelor of Management degree, James joined Hewlett Packard Taiwan for over 8 years. He was in charge of IT services, including planning, implementing, reviewing & operating technical deliveries with in-house and vendor resources. As a team lead, Mr. Tsai was also responsible for recruiting his IT staffs that comprised of project managers and engineers. James then joined Symantec as a service account manager for enlarging his horizon in software and IT industry. His clients and knowledge extent to IT, System Integration, Finance, and Telecom industries. After in-house employments, James joined EHC as a recruiting consultant for over 3 years. He has placed dozens of talents to various clients including foreign IT, SI, PC-peripheral and system manufacturing companies.
