I work with Management, Supervisory, & Technical levels in manufacturing, including Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, R&D, etc. I place candidates on a national & international basis.

Philosophy

My goal in recruiting is to enhance a candidate's current career. It is important for me to understand a candidates needs, but am also aware & sensitive to the needs of family. I will never force someone to interview for a job they don't want, and I am not able to force anyone to accept a job they don't want. I do not believe in futility exercises...only expect open and honest communication from candidates, because that's what they will get from me.

I look for a lot of different types of individuals. If you are degreed, with experience that's great! If you are non-degreed, with experience, that's great too! Why? Because my goal is to bring solutions to my clients, by being creative and seeking out parts of the puzzle that my clients need.
