Industrial Engineering National University (School of Mines) completed his graduate studies in marketing and complementary additional studies at the University of Wollongong,Australia. For 25 years he held management positions in renowned Colombian companies such as The Crown Group where he served as manager of marketing and sales at several of its subsidiaries, Shellmar of Colombia where he held the same position and then hold the position of general manager Supply and Marketing Company Ltd. It has, in addition to his experience in the real sector, 10 years of consulting experience in the area of executive search and selection in different areas such as strategic compensation management, redesign and other business structures. Was certified in Monterrey, Mexico as an evaluator of Management Assessment by the firm CDG in that country. Belongs to several boards in the city of Medellin and currently serves as Managing Partner of Amrop Top-Management in the city.
