Rafael is a Partner at Parangon Partners who specializes in banking where he provides added value thanks to his extensive experience in this sector, in addition to telecommunications, IT, transport and consumer products. His background has revolved primarily around banking as Managing Director of Bank of America where he was responsible for investment in various sectors of the economy for which he represented the company in all respects. He has been involved in executive search since 1997 as partner of AZ Consultores, TMP/Highland Partners, and presently of Parangon Partners. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid.
