Hector Velez - Executive Vice President, Technology & Sales

Hector Velez brings to HireStrategy 18 years' experience in the areas of technology, consulting, business management, leadership and staffing. His role is to design and execute winning strategies for the firm's clients in the areas of business development, technology, and customer satisfaction. These strategies are setting the stage for the accelerated growth of HireStrategy.

Prior to co-founding HireStrategy, Mr. Velez made a name for himself as a technology specialist in the staffing industry. He worked as a strategic consultant for fast-growing companies, including sandbox.com, developing successful recruitment and retention programs. Mr. Velez was previously a manager of the technology division, working for Paul Villella at Source Services. He spent his early career in management consulting with Accenture, General Electric and KPMG Consulting. Mr. Velez holds a B.S. in Engineering from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute.
