Ms. Cristina Villa

biography

Cristina holds a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University in Madrid where she specialised in Industrial Psychology. After three years in the marketing department of a Swedish group, she began working in executive search in 1997. Since then, her career has been linked to the identification and assessment of high-level professionals, working for two executive search firms of recognized prestige and as recruiting director for a strategy consulting boutique. In early 2005 she joined Verdeja & Asociados as Head of the Research Department.  Since 2016 she has been a partner at Ezentia in Spain.
