Alexander (Alex) Walker is Founder and Managing Partner of Anvil Search Group, Inc. Prior to founding Anvil Search Group Alex had an extensive career in the telecommunications industry. He held key management positions in high growth companies leading these companies to financial success. His credits include design, implementation and management of three of the largest network services distribution operations in the U.S. In addition to distribution expertise Alex ran extensive direct sales programs, selling to Fortune Companies. Alex created industry innovations that generated billions of dollars in revenue.

Seeing the need for higher quality candidates and better trained recruiters Alex created Anvil Search Group a technology focused recruiting firm. Since January 2000 the company has created a base of satisfied clients and candidates both domestically and internationally. Utilizing robust state-of -the-art technology combined with traditional step-by-step recruiting practices, and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) management, Anvil Search Group, Inc. has become recognized for Recruitment Excellence. Alex's Recruiting Practice is focused on Senior Executives in High Technology companies with particular emphasis on Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals.
