Started in the IT Recruitment Field in 1982 and established Walter & Associates in 1991. Joined TopEchelon Networking, Inc. and TopEchelon Contracting, Inc. as a Preferred Member in 1991. Our market is nationwide, do in part to our affiliation with other preferred and associate members within TopEchelon.
