Allen Wass is President of Sanford Rose Associates – Hudson, an executive search practice that specializes in filling senior-level positions within the chemical and specialty materials industries. In addition to his recruiting expertise, Allen held operations management leadership positions during a ten-year career with General Electric. Prior to opening the Hudson office, he was Plant Manager of the Dover Products Plant, a facility that processed molybdenum wire and manufactured components for GE Lighting. He earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.

Allen resides in Hudson, Ohio with his wife Stefanie and daughters Emily and Julia.
