Barbara Weener

Barbara Weener has been with Lois L. Lindauer Searches for over four years, conducting a panoply of successful searches consisting of the Assistant Dean of Advancement at Indiana University, Chief Development Officer for Prize4Life, Directors of Development for the University of Chicago, Reach Out and Read and New England Historic Genealogic Society, two Executive Director positions for Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an Associate Vice President for Spelman College in Atlanta, and 13 searches for Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute. Ms. Weener is currently concluding searches for Aspen Music Festival and Maine Coast Heritage Trust.

Ms. Weener is a senior management professional with extensive experience in both nonprofit and for-profit business operations. Before joining LLLS in 2005 Barbara Weener was the Vice President of Corporate Services at American National Power. Her previous experience was as COO of Jewish Family & Life, an educational multimedia nonprofit, based in Boston, where she managed operations, including programs and systems for Fundraising, HR, Finance, Technology, Program Management and Publishing.

Ms. Weener graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BA in Economics and received her MBA from Babson College.
