biography

Kim began recruiting pharmaceutical and biotech executives in November of 2000. Her specialization is in recruiting Medical Affairs executives such as Medical Science Liaisons, MSL Managers/Directors and Medical Directors who focus in clinical business strategy. Previous to her recruiting career, Kim was a successful account executive for 8 years at companies where she sold products in both the advertising and technology arenas.

When companies engage me, strategic growth isn't just a line item on a wish list. I recruit for Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies that have needs to source superior executive talent in Medical Affairs.

Due to my dedication to integrity, I put the client's interest first, follow through on commitments and tell the truth even if it hurts my cause. I am an industry consultant and often retained as a "go to" recruiter by companies who need strategic talent acquisition.

I am a talent scout in search of the right fit for the candidate and the company that will create a professional marriage of candidate talent vs. company need.

I am not in this simply to earn fees for my services. When leaders at companies need executives to grow their teams or to hire management, I want them to think of me first and make the call to engage me based on the expert reputation I build every day by being the best at what I do...my need to succeed is a calling not just a career.
